About these terms
These terms cover your use of luwakialchemy.com and any order you place with LUWAKI ALCHEMY, Nairobi, Kenya. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Your account
Browsing needs no account. Ordering does, because every set is printed to the measurements saved on your account. Please make sure your measurements are accurate: we print exactly what you give us. Keep your password to yourself.
Prices and payment
Every nail is priced individually, and a set of ten costs the sum of its nails. Prices are in Kenyan shillings and exclude VAT; 16% VAT is added at checkout. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by Paystack, and your order is confirmed once the payment clears.
Made to order
Your set is printed after you order, to your measurements. We confirm the lead time when your order goes into production. If we cannot make your order for any reason, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Delivery
We deliver across Kenya by courier, to the address you give at checkout.
Returns and refunds
Because every set is made to your measurements, it cannot be resold, so we cannot accept returns if you change your mind. If a nail does not fit or arrives damaged, message us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and we will make it right: we will remake the nail or refund it. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Private Edit
Private Edit commissions are quoted individually. The quote you accept sets the price and what is included.
Our designs
All designs, images and 3D models on this site belong to LUWAKI ALCHEMY. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
Wearing your nails
Follow the application guidance that comes with your set. If you have a known sensitivity to nail adhesives, test first, and stop wearing them if you notice any irritation.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
